Arrived for an appointment at Old Cottage Hospital surgery on time and all parking spaces taken. Had to wait over 10 minutes to park. Receptionist then says you are too late! How strange when you are usually kept hanging around in the waiting room for 15 minutes. Rather than helping my blood pressure they just made it a lot worse! Terrible location for public transport and terrible parking. Left furious.

We moved to this surgery from another local one.The difference is incredible.On line booking is available.There are 7pm appointments perfect if you work in London.They have own X Ray .The Cottage hospital is like going privately .Was also referred to their own Cobham hospital again more like private than NHS. Only down side is it can be very difficult to get through on phone, but online booking helps.Sadly online booking no longer an option 2023

Cox lane go is horrible.They always lay on me my appointment to send me different departments and not booked nothing.Also anything sorting serious problem you have run aut from this go nothing you can sorted.

Had great experiences twice now for our toddler. Both times were given same day appointments though at 5pm but who will complain about that with the current pressures we have. Let alone its the holiday season. Dr rust and Dr Sevenoaks were both amazing, gentle and caring. You know that in the short time they saw you their years of experience shows. Thats our experience. I think people are complaining about trivial things that sometimes the GP service staff have no control on. We are all human and not perfect. I feel ICP deserve better reviews than this. Imagine having a service which has 4 sites they can send you if there are no slot on the other.
