        Wish I could give a zero. Everyone has an attitude and staff is not bothered about doing their job. Always a disappointment. Stay away from them ask elsewhere if you need advice.

        Posting on behalf of my disabled friend: There is something special about councils - they all are in a race to be worse than others. I think I can go on talking about craps they do all day and how incompetent they are even when very basic things come in mind. They have been asking me to pay council tax and other bill which are already paid and there is direct debit set up. They have been emailed with all proof but they said 'I could ignore the letters'!
