Abysmal. We had a number with them, we tried to port it elsewhere and the port was rejected. The number had been with them a long time so we decided to leave it where it is. Months later the number stopped working, we called and they said it was ported away, we explained the port was rejected. Our new providers have been easy to reach, supplied documents showing the port was rejected and cancelled. Intralan have repeatedly failed to even give me the courtesy of a reply, numerous phone calls and emails have gone unanswered.

IntraLAN have been providing IT support to our business for over 15 years. For a small business, which does not have particular IT skills in-house, IntraLAN have been the most helpful and proficient resource. We see them as just another member of the team who always look after our best interest and provide most practical IT solutions for our business requirements. Highly recommend.
