My dad ordered 6 pack of chips for the family with a chicken bucket and Pepsi only to get 4 mashed potatoes instead of chips and we couldnt go back to exchange it as my dad had to go to work

Awful KFC, last 6 deliveries all incorrect, missing items, wrong items delivered, cold often and only live 5mins away, contacted KFC due to the poor delivery and whole order missing, promised to deliver correct items and it turns up soggy, cold and missing items again at nearly 22:30 at night, will not use this KFC again.
