        Really slow phone service. Ended up waiting 10 mins, They still didn't pick up. They need more staff.

        Appalling customer care all year, the most disorganised company I have ever dealt with, not returning calls, losing records etc. Shame as supposed to be good once the children start, but most of m,y friends have pulled out due to shocking management
