Purchased car from Hyundai used car dealership. Positives are: Salesman on the shop floor are helpful. Biggest shout out to Michael Kidd for all the time he spent with us as we are difficult customers! Selection of cars available are of good price and good spec also. Negatives: they will push extra products which are pricey. My biggest concern is that during and after bank transfer was made of the initial part of payment, no one in their finance department or shop floor was answering their phones for at least 24 hours. With a business that handles large amounts of money, to not be readily available for their customers to discuss a transaction is unprofessional. Our bank was also not happy with not being able to get in touch with the team here.
