I had a lovely experience in store today when I popped in to take advantage of an offer for a 1 cake with my drink order. I wasn't rushed to make an order, so I was able to take my time choosing my salted caramel brownie (which was delicious, by the way). The staff were super helpful - I had my baby with me, and someone immediately offered to bring my order to me when it was ready. There were plenty of other customers in the store but there was ample room, and the atmosphere was really friendly. It was clean and bright and noticeably more spacious since it's been done up. 10/10.
