        Horrendous bullying experience from a male member of staff which was reported to their Head Office, never heard back from them. So wonderful polite and professional staff but have never forgotten that experience.

        Couldnt ask for a more professional team especially given the current pandemic. Feel safe entering the bank, social distancing was very well managed and was served by a lovely lady called Vanessa. She is a credit to your team.
