Recently I brought my sons balance bike in to have the brake wire replaced, and we also purchased a children's bell to be attached to the handlebars too. The two guys also kindly lowered the seat for my son as they noticed it was a little too high up for him and informed me about how I can recognise that it's the right height in future. It didn't cost too much and they were done within a few days. Lovely guys and good work, very happy :)

Pop in to look at a bike i need a work horse, not a race horse,but he spent time giving me options. ,i do 25mins gosport to fareham on fold away. Up grade to 8 speed work horses, 90miles a week.dont need carbon,but up grade to disk brakes. , he centred on my needs that'sthe bee knees Not a corporate shop ,but a shop who linked to your needs.

walked in with a friend and two bike wheels in my hand for repair and new tyres, not so much as a glance our way or 'be with you in a sec' the two guys in there just kept watching their video and didn't say a word to us. we decided it wasn't worth the wait if they weren't even going to acknowledge us at trents bike shop, so we went to the recycle bike shop up the road where they had professional customer service and great prices.
