I went into Boots Pharmacy Epsom today to get advice on pain relief that I can take for a chronic pain condition. The members of staff that saw me were Michelle and Nisha and they could not have been more helpful. I have had this condition for two years and I felt like it was the first time that someone actually empathised with me about how it affects me. Speaking from personal experience it can be really difficult having a condition which is invisible. I really felt that the above members of staff really cared. Michelle went out of her way to help me and gave me some great recommendations for medicines that I can take and Nisha was absolutely lovely and greeted me with the biggest smile. For the first time in the 2 years that I have had this condition I really felt that someone cared, so thank you Nisha and Michelle for your kindness and care.
