I completely agree with the others about the most hideous customer service I have received on the medicine counter about 2 weeks ago. The manager said she would be with us in a moment after we had enquired where to find a tablet cutter in store. Herself and another colleague then proceeded to ignore us and continue price checking stock at the far end of the counter for at least 5-7? minutes whilst we stood there waiting. The shop was unusually quiet. We were the only customers waiting at the counter. After calling out a second time to her was she coming? As she could clearly see us still standing waiting, the manager waltzed over, no apology, no thank you for waiting, just a harsh unsmiling face asking what did we want. The worst service I have EVER received.

The blond lady who was working in the non prescription counter this morning [29/3] was very unpleasant Her attitude is appalling , for someone who is in customer relation she definitely need a lot of training. This is not the first time this blond lady exhibited this kind of behaviour.I hope the management will do something about this.
