Im highly disappointed in your service. You sent two wrong items late. Sent only one correct wig late, its been tangling badly. Terrible communication. No response as to how Ill get a refund. Is this a joke? Terrible terrible service. Dont buy from them.

The wig was ok but lace was very short. The service however was awful package went a month past the delivery date and no information given. Once contacting customer service i was told it will be sorted however more weeks went by and had to contact again. Waste of time.
