        If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a tidy up of my eyebrows and left with half an eye brow on each side! Tail of my brow totally removed from one side and majority of the tail removed from the other. Girl that done them said there was nothing wrong with it just said she removed excess hair and when I challenged that my half my eye brow was missing then finally agreed it was bad, own up to a mistake and dont make the customer look stupid. Manager and member of staff didnt seem that bothered and manager told me they will grow back..not had by brows done for a while because they hardly grow, doesnt give me much hope! Appreciate I wasnt expected to pay but now I have to fork out on products to make them look slightly even as they look absolutely terrible. Service: Eyebrow threading
