        I went in as a model today as the owner asked for some models. Ive never had a waxing down below before and was quite nervous; Donna, the owner, was so reassuring the whole way through and was great with training Bella. Bella was lovely and made me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time too. It was definitely a much better experience than I thought it would be, due to the knowledge, experience and general people management.
