Do not waste your money having your eyelash extensions done with Lash Envy. I would hate you to have to go through the same experience I have. After only just 6 days my lashes on my left eye started coming out and after 13 days all my lash extensions had fallen out. When I messaged about this in the first instance Beth was very unhelpful at fitting me in to put the matter right and simply said that she was fully booked. Now after 13 days I have asked for a refund as I have now lost all of them and I am not happy and have now received a text message back calling me abusive!! Beth said the policy is that they do not offer refunds and that it is only within 48 hours they offer a complimentary touch up. Unable to come back to me with an answer as to where it states this on the website I have now had a text message accusing me of being unkind and saying that she would happily have given me a complimentary set but now will only offer me a new set for half price. I asked if I could have a refund of 25 which was half the price it cost me but she has refused to refund me. Unbelievable!! I am lost for words!! What Excellent Customer Service!!!!

I had visited many a lash service/ technician during the early years I wore single lash extensions and it was a gamble on how they would turn out and how I would look. That all changed once I found Beth at Lash Envy. I am so appreciative of the care, attention to detail and professionalism that Beth has shown me, I have never looked back. I will not let anyone else touch my lashes. From day one Beth ensured that I had the perfect lashes for me, that look fabulous. Her salon is clean, well maintained, inviting and comfortable. I understand Beth will soon be expanding her business, setting up courses to teach this skill and I cant think of a better person to impart her knowledge to others. In my view she is head and shoulders above all the historic technicians I have experienced.
