If there was an option for 0 stars I would have used that! Member of staff tried to refuse a customer entry to the Epsom Branch today with his guide dog. The customer asked for the Manager who then came out and was rude! Told her colleagues to ignore the customer because she was Shouting and screaming, in fact she was asking why they were discriminating against them! Your staff need to learn the law! The Manager needs to learn some basic customer service skills. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

I had an issue with an online personal loan application, so made an appointment to discuss it in this branch, the first lady I met was Paula who was excellent at handling and managing the issue, i then had a follow-up meeting with Emma, who was equally brilliant and the matter was swiftly and professionally resolved. I would just like to state that the customer service was brilliant and that Emma and Paula were an absolute delight to deal with, thank you very much ladies.

Terrible customer service, kept waiting for ages with only one customer at the counter, then when counter became free, was told I had to wait again so she could organise her counter. So rude.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't bother to ring if you are in trouble. Not worth the 0.5% interest on 20k with a 4 monthly fee. I shall be moving my money.
