One of the staff,name Paul,want proof where I want to spend my money, asking invoice etc.,and he refused to give me my money from my account. And when I raised my voice, I was upset, he threatened me,if I'm not leaving, he's call the police to remove me.
I told him I would like to speak to the branch manager and he told me he/she is on sick for two weeks.
It's really ridiculous I can't get 1-2000 from my account, my money,just because one of the rude staff has a little power.
NatWest should to close this branch if they don't change the useless staff for friendly and helpful!!
Unfortunately can't rate this service zero!
