I prefer going to the branch and speaking to someone rather than filling up in forms online. The lady at the desk was dismissive, wasnt helpful and said I needed to wait till January - 0 stars for her. Luckily a lovely gentleman overheard and advised he could help as i had my proof of ID. I would like to thank Avinder for saving me the hassle. He showed great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable.

Wife went in yesterday, was told, embraced online banking. They set it up for her, this morning she tried to get on phone. Locked out, says pin is wrong, no it isn't. She only put it on yesterday. NOT HAPPY. if she has to get phone unlocked it will cost 50 quid and she will lose everything on it. All kids pics, the lot. Going in this morning
