        I turned up this morning to complete a seemingly simple task. After waiting 25 minutes, I still hadnt been even greeted by a member of staff. There was 1 person serving, a queue of 14 people, to which a lady walks out with a cup of tea, ignoring all the customers and decides to make a phone call. An elderly woman entered and sat on the seat, clearly a regular as she was named and asked if she had an appointment to which she replied No, I wanted a quick word with you was taken to be served, ignoring the now 17 people waiting. I was finally acknowledged after 50 minutes of waiting. Appalling customer service!
