        Myself,and my wife had a double appointment with Jackie at the High St dartford branch yesterday. Excellent service Jackie was very knowledgeable everything went through smoothly. Don't close branches you don't get this service online. Thanks Mr,and Mr's Morris

        Lots of team cover ups, ill equipped management and poor advisory services. Shame as some FOH staff seem very good!

        The branch is large for the town They have 2 machines in the windows and 2 more inside Have a number of staffed tills The staff are friendly helpful and knowledgeable They offer usual.banking services and mortgage and financial advise
