        I deposited a large sum of money on Monday night in the cash counting machine. During the transaction the machine broke down. I was issued with a receipt but the money has not been credited to my account. It is now 3 days later. I called HSBC three times but no resolve. Anyone like to tell me where my 500 might be??!! Surely the branch could have called me.
