Literally just visited here, the lady serving us could do with taking a customer service skills course! Rude is an understatement. No manners at all, almost threw the muffins at me and spoke to me like I was a piece of dirt as I didnt hear her as if I wanted separate bags for my muffins so I asked her politely to repeat the question. She also huffed at me when it came to paying as she was already typing in the card reader when I mentioned I had the app so she had to cancel it and redo it. Not the service we normally get nor would expect from such a well established business!
