You are a lovely person and easy to speak to. You made us feel so welcomed like we were having a conversation with a friend. The whole journey was so comfortable and really fast in terms of receiving the car.

From the first day I walked in, the service was by far above and beyond. All the staff were very nice and presented with good knowledge of what they do. The customer service is top notch! Not forgetting their hot chocolate! OMG! Think Ill be popping to get more free hot chocolate. Chris Durnford was my sales executive. He is really good and knows his stuff! There was a little problem with the department that deals with the 7 day first cover, Cara was of great help(not sure of spelling). The issue was sorted in no time. Well done Chris and Cara i really appreciate your assistance. I highly recommend MERCEDES BENZ OF EPSOM!! Their Team work is amazing!! Wish i could give 100 stars!! Today i collected my new baby!! Had my vehicle for repairs over 5 times because of the faulty parallel parking. Changed cameras, main unit, etc, wasted several days of mine and a lot of Mercedes money only to realise that the function has been removed by Mercedes whatsoever for aome unknown reason. Well done both Sandown Epsom and Mercedes.
