Well done Halfords Its Easter Saturday, the warning light in my car showed that engine oil was very low. I have a journey to make.Skoda garage closed. I had no clue which oil to use. Excellent and speedy help from the guy at Halfords Epsom Kiln Lane, who also gave a free check on my tyre pressures and water. Brilliant! I can now set off without worries

I bought a bike from Halfords in July of last year, from the New Malden store, which was set up terribly, and on first ride, the handlebars came loose, which actually ended up in me falling off the bike in a busy road. The guys in Epsom, did put this right, and did issue me with a gift card as a result of the poor workmanship on the bike, which was a very nice touch. I went to collect my bike yesterday, and I had asked for 4 things to be completed on the bike, to which to my dismay again, only 3 had been done. I needed a chain to be replaced, which not too surprise me, hadn't been done, even after communicating this to Aaron, one of the managers, once in person, and once over the phone, prior to the bike being taken in on Saturday just gone. Had I not of checked with Connor, (one of your technicians) who completed the works on the bike, I would have ended up taking the bike away not fully completed. I would like to add, Connor is a great asset to your branch, and his customer service, attention to detail, and friendly nature make him a very valuable member of your team. Not only this, but his apology on the matter seemed genuine and not forced, which made me feel a lot better about the situation. Connor also had cleaned the bike, which was a very professional and courteous touch. I will continue to ask for him in the future.
