I instructed Lyondale to form an application to appeal my refused planning permission from my local authority, Harrow. My house is in a conservation area, which makes things tricky and I wondered whether it is worth pursuing an appeal but I am glad I did. I won the appeal, thanks to Lyondale. The development proposed is a ground floor conservatory to the rear of the house and linked to the existing garage, conversion of part of the garage into habitable rooms and a ground floor extension to the converted garage with new windows, doors and rooflights to the converted garage. The proposed plan was refused due to its effect on the character or appearance of the conservation area and the setting of listed buildings. Also there were concerns regarding the effect on living conditions at the house next door, in terms of the impact on outlook and light. My hopes were not very high but I decided to appeal any way. I am glad I found Lyondale who expertly took on my case and appealed on the basis that the proposal would not harm living conditions at the next door property and that it would preserve the character and appearance of the conservation area and the setting of the listed building. Thanks to Lyondale, I won the appeal and planning permission was granted. I am so grateful to Lyondale for their professionalism and the detailed case argument that they presented to the planning inspectorate. I was updated re the progress of my appeal throughout the process. Thank you Lyondale. I highly recommend them!

Not a good experience with this company. We have wasted our time and money for nothing. Poor communication, poor design work, poor appeal statementetc. my advice is to find another reliable and professional company.
