Rotherfield St Martin's saved my Mum when she stopped looking after herself. Roz has been dropping in to see my Mum recently and noticed she was becoming more confused and not eating and drinking as much as she should. Without these visits I am sure my Mum would have ended up in a very bad way. I'd like to thank Roz and Vicky for literally saving my Mum. If anyone knows of an elderly person living in the Rotherfield area, I highly recommend you get in touch with them.

I accessed this Service when I lived in Rotherfield - thankfully, we don't now. . This Review is a true and accurate account of our experience. Initially, staff were friendly and helpful. However, the volunteer who was asked to support me was very rude, abusive and swore at my Carer - my Carer was very shocked and upset at this. I did make a small monetary donation. However, I never got a verbal or written thank you from any of the staff and did not get a receipt. Most staff only ever seemed to speak when it suited after this. Unfortunately, RSM also used some selfish, arrogant and ignorant villagers to help them - who had no regard for other neighbours. In the end, i found most staff at RSM to be disingenuous, ungrateful and insincere. In our personal experience, we would NEVER RECOMMNED RSM TO ANYBODY. All our donations now go to more deserving Charities.
