Rotherfield Surgery

How sad that such a lovely village with such a great community is so poorly served and let down so badly by the Surgery. Introducing a more efficient appointment system is long overdue. The reception staff at this practice need training in public relations and common courtesy. They also need to learn to tell the time and get back from lunch breaks in time to turn their answerphone off!!! If you are there in person, do not expect anyone to acknowledge you or smile, they probably won't even get out of their chair! Who interviews these people?

Given all the constraints placed on health service providers by a serially incompetent government, I cannot fault the service provided by this excellent practice. The medical staff are truly superb and the reception staff highly efficient

Have nothing but praise for this surgery , staff and doctors, they are all so kind and nothing is too much trouble

All staff at the surgery are polite, efficient and offer a 5 star service. In 3 years of weekly contact Ive never once experienced anything other than excellence.

Disappointed in the surgery l called this morning 29 minutes the call cut off tride to call again 28 minutes wait finally phone spoke told no more spaces my asthma and urine pain not feeling good call 111 not impressed has the doctors been taken over
