A really good practice where patient care comes first. They have consistently and efficiently looked after me since moving to this area five years ago. I have seen a number of different doctors and nurses over that time and they have all without exception been marvellous. My latest issue being quickly and competently sorted in under two weeks including ultrasound at Christchurch hospital - I cannot praise them highly enough thank you so much! (Huge thanks to Dr Rosie Green in particular)

I have changed surgery due to rudeness of the phlebotomy (elder woman). I made a complaint to the surgery via email...I have still to receive acknowledgement or an explanation! So decided to go elsewhere. Unacceptable behaviour from all concerned. Stay away is my advice!

This surgery is so good. My wife had a bad knee earlier this week and we got to see a physio for an assessment the same day. Then my daughter had a chest infection and we saw a nurse within a hour of calling. You hear such horror stories in the press about wait times but this place is golden. Lucky to be near it!
