We had a fantastic stay at this well-appointed, beautifully furnished home in the heart of Christchurch. Toby at Nineteen26 was very helpful and responsive from the beginning and went out of his way to help with any queries we had. The booking process was easy and there was a helpful guide emailed through and left in the property. The property itself was just stunning, only recently renovated and finished to a very high standard. The kitchen / dining room is beautiful with lovely views and everything you could possibly need for your stay which is rare in most holiday lets. The spacious master bedroom (with en suite) is fabulous, the character you would expect from a grade 2* listed property with a luxury finish, super comfortable king size bed and magnificent views of the castle ruins. The second bedroom with two single beds, is roomy and also has an en suite. There is a sunny private courtyard at the front of the property and although there is no parking on site, you can park for free at 1 of 2 car parks very close by (the Priory Car Park being the closest). The parking permit also covers many local (Christchurch) car parks which is great if you are popping down to the beach, shopping or visiting Mudeford Quay / Avon Beach etc. Location wise you are right in the middle of Christchurch, with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes on your doorstep and the river just a few minutes walk away. Christchurch is a great base to explore the nearby New Forest and the rest of Dorset. We loved our stay in this luxury holiday home and the service from Nineteen26.
