Awful company treating their tenants disrespectfully and dishonestly.. So bad, many of the positive reviews are fake. Josel Banagua, one of the positive reviews works for this company.

I've seen my fair share of neglected properties around the UK while moving from city to city. Nothing comes close to ESA however. They left a property with an overflowing sewerage for months without getting it fixed even upon reminding them several times, they advertised about the property having a smart tv but when I first moved it they didn't even have hot water or even a basic desk in the room even after being "fully furnished" on the advert. When questioned they say "oh sorry the advert was out of date". So if you wanna live in a house smelling like sewerage for a month while they "wait" for the technician to come, bingo you've found the perfect place.

i got into bournemouth through clearing and needed some accommodation really quick, these people were incredibly helpful and have been given such quick responses and amazing assistance. They were able to sort me out with housing so quickly in the space of just over 24hours!! Amazing team and we will definitely recommend and most likely use these people again !! Thank you so much for all your help :)

Had a 6 months let through ESA property in Southampton. A seamless process of renting with help being offered quickly and effectively whenever something needed to be done. Would. definitely recommend to anyone looking to let in Wessex region especially for short term lets!

Esa property made it very easy to rent with them and the room I had was perfect for what I needed at the time. I was there for just over a year and enjoyed my time there. Communication was clear and quick and even when I had some issues with finances they were understanding. Id recommend for those looking for cheap and reasonable renting.
