Manager told me his driver had let him down and it was now going through deliveroo. Thought fair enough food will most likely be delivered in the next 10 mins or so. Still no food. Was now over an hour since I'd ordered food.
Rang the store again to be told this was no longer there problem and it was now deliveroo I needed to contact. Despite having ordered through the pizza hut website not deliveroo. Told the store we no longer wanted the order and to cancel. Food arrived 20 mins later by a deliveroo driver who was very apologetic. Wasn't his fault, We sent the food back. Took us over 10 days for a refund after going back and forth with pizza hut and deliveroo.
Manager was extremely rude to myself and my wife. Would not recommend ordering from this one.
