I have no idea how this pharmacy works. Ill need to go in just to see if they are doing anything with my prescription. They are not answering the phone. I have gone in before to pick up a prescription from over a week and nothing had been done. I prefer to pick up the prescription straight from the surgery.

It's fine if you like being pushed from pillar to post between the pharmacy and the surgery just to get hold of something you need. Don't see how that works for an old person who struggles with walking. Despite the surgery being next door they still can't communicate so customers are let down. Abrupt and unhelpful.

Never wrote a review for anything, but had to with this one! Cant not believe how rude the lady was what served me, older lady with very long hair was so rude and abrupt. Cant believe she has a job and representing boots disgusting! Also lost my parcel had to get a reorder. The queue was so bad so many people waiting outside in the rain as the service was incredibly slow. Should have read the reviews before hand as its shocking. Had to put one star as wont not let me leave it blank!

Lindsey is the most understanding, kind and compassionate store manager. Last year I become seriously ill, and I cannot thank her enough for the support she has shown every time I have communicated with her asking for help and advice on medications etc. There is also a young lady with brown long hair who works there, shes also very helpful! (Don't know your name sorry). I've had a few comments made to myself from other staff there which I won't name. But some of the staff need some training on appropriate communication to customers.
