Ali went above and beyond for me on several occasions. I cracked my screen which he kindly repaired, and then the face recognition failed, and while waiting for a part to arrive, I managed to drop my phone down the toilet. Despite the extensive water damage, he was incredibly friendly and reassuring, and managed to completely repair my phone for an excellent price. I was embarrassed at my clumsiness but he reassured me with a smile that these things happen all the time. I felt in good hands with him and his expertise was impressive. As I was thanking him for all his work and on my way out of the store, he stopped me just as I was about to leave and insisted on giving me a free screen protector (which he fitted perfectly in less that 10 seconds) to help prolong my phones life expectancy in the hands of someone as chaotic as I am. So kind and so generous. If you ever have any phone or technology problems and you love in Christchurch, please go to Ali at Smartfix! He is brilliant.

Visited with a Samsung phone that stopped charging. Problem identified immediately. part ordered all fixed next day.very professional .obviously very competent. Good range also of phone covers etc. Good value. I recommend without hesitation.
