Like to write a review on Christchurch Bay tree. So grateful to have Mel to look after us with my regular yogurt orders which we collect from store regularly. So kind and friendly, also professional. Because of her its now become a pleasant experience to shop here. I hope this review is read by the owners, she is a great credit to your shop.

I dropped into the Bay Tree for the first time, emotionally I am having a tough time, Mel was knowledgeable and happy to offer her time and advice on products and be a listening ear, she was so kind and helpful thank you so much, it meant a lot

Mel is a lifesaver, she is extremely knowledgeable and very approachable and definitely cares about those she is talking to. I went in to the shop with my partner because I have an ongoing tummy problem, I have had the usual tests ie colonoscopy and endoscopy which didnt explain what was wrong with my tummy. Although Mel claims she is not a doctor she most definitely is knowledgeable with understanding peoples health issues. And recommending the best form of supplements. She advised me to take a digestive powder which has absolutely worked and given me a better life. My partners problems were to do with the menopause and she recommended magnesium alongside the other herbal stuff she is taking. And the results Mel claimed were absolutely spot on. Some may find what they sell is pricey but take it from us its worth every single penny and the valuable time that Mel gives you to in helping in the best way that she can. And quite honestly this shop makes H & B look pathetic as the staff are not as clued up as The Bay Tree staff are.
