        Wouldn't even give them one star. Absolutely disgraceful! Volunteers or not, if you want to be there then learn the trade and don't be judgemental on a clients housing troubles! You'd be out of there if I was present when my relative saw you.

        You're better off going through the website than going to the town hall. Since they integrated it with the benefits office the personal service I terrible and the receptionist isn't the slightest bit friendly!
