Got my wife's wedding and engagement ring cleaned here and was 20% the cost of another jeweller. Rings were done while we waited. Real friendly and highly recommended, will definitely be going here again.

Fabulous goldsmith, just had some work done on my wedding rings as I lost a stone... I could not be happier with the result I opted to upgrade my stone and the quality of the diamond is wonderful and the price was very reasonable... Can not recommend enough.

Maria here - unfortunately, I have to disagree with the positive reviews. I'm glad that other people have had good experiences but wish I could say the same. What an incredibly rude person the chap was! I visited the shop the other afternoon to see if he would be interested in buying some of my gold jewellry - well, the opening times listed on the window said the shop was closed, however, the sign on the door said 'open', there was a light on and I could see him in there. It was confusing. I pressed the bell for entry, no answer. I pressed again and he appeared, phone in hand, saying something but I couldn't make out what. He opened the door a bit, said he was closed. I apologized, saying the sign said 'open'. He told me he forgot to turn the sign over to closed. Oh dear, he told me it was 'my problem'. Well, not really - it is definitely HIS problem if he turns away potential customers in such a way, that's hardly good business sense, never mind appalling manners. Won't bother going there again! I chose 1 star, but only because the review needed a star in order to post. Therefore, please disregard the star! I don't like to be negative about people but this chap deserves a poor review. What was so difficult for him to say 'sorry, can you come back another day/time'? Why so rude?
