We are very pleased at the smooth transition from Saxon Management to the current Christchurch team. On those occasions when we are in touch, they are extremely friendly and competent. Leaders Christchurch lettings agents went above and beyond to help us rent our first house in the UK since returning. Super friendly and approachable and always ready to answer questions, would definitely use them again!

Having rented a property through Leaders left me with bad experience. They are very quick to take your money but don't want to return it back after the end of tenancy. After telling they are giving back the deposit, 10 days later today there is still no money in my account when it said it will be in my account within 5 days. When managed to speak with someone they refused to tell me why they are still holding my deposit after 10 days! They have confirmed the return of the money instead of me in their website where they monitor the tenancy, which is illegal and would need to be looked at by the management. They don't respond to emails, feels like emailing to nowhere. Avoid this agency. Raising a dispute through the TDS to get my money back as after 1 month of leaving the property I am still waiting to get my deposit back.
