Belvoir Christchurch

We rented through Belvoir for 2 years, during that time we didn't have a single issue, any problems we had Belvoir dealt with quickly and swiftly. The owner of the property decided to sell in the end, Belvoir kept us up to date and even negotiated a extension so we could sort a replacement house, Jeremy is a credit to Belvoir. I would recommend them to rent through but also if you have a property to rent to tenants Don't waste time and choose them!

My and my partner rented via Belvoir for 3+ years. Every encounter with them has been pleasant. We only had 4 total issues while renting and all times when I notified them of any issue, they had someone over within 24 hours or the same day to resolve it. Nice people, and we would recommend them to anyone who wishes to rent via them.

In the 16 years (or more) of renting I certainly saved the best letting agent until last .... there is without doubt no comparison to the previous letting agents Ive encountered over this period of time with how you run Belvoir lettings. Every staff member at the Christchurch branch I have been in contact with (Jeremy, Verity, Chris) have shown absolute professionalism, been 100% trustworthy, given support and shown compassion far beyond what would be expected by any letting agent. ... it is something I have not experienced before..... thank you so much.
