Absolutely appalling treatment for my 81 mother with dementia. The dentist left her with something sharp behind her tooth. After 2 hours we took her back there as her tongue was swollen and bleeding. We were told there was noone to see her as the Dentist had gone on holiday but we could go to the Pharmacy and buy something to file the sharpness away. Unbelievable! Whilst leaving with a confused, distressed and in pain mum the receptionist sarcastically said "bye enjoy the rest of your day" Utter disbelief. As we didnt know what to do we went to our GP. The waiting room was full and everyone saw Mum upset and heard our story about our diabolical treatment. Several people said ...My Dentist....never go there! Says it all. They advised a Dentist in Highcliffe and honestly we could not have been treated any kinder. They were so caring and lovely and after seeing mum's distress saw her immediately. Thank goodness for kind compassionate people!

I have had Ivan Kosev Dentist for a number of years and found him patient and informative regarding checkups, scale and polishes, xrays and fillings.

Went as an emergency and was prescribed antibiotics for absys, 3 days later I am sick and diarrhoea after 2 days of symptons called 111 spoken to them and paramedic then finally my Dr. May have sepsis. Dr. Told me to Call back dentist as requested by my Dr. As they made prescriptions Spoke to staff at mydentist and explained all that i was told. calling with a serious problem and did not resolve any issues. I then asked to speak to the manager to resolve my problems and possible very ill health. He told me she will ring me when she gets in. End of conversation. Didn't take contact details. For a patient they prescribed medication who now has possible sepsis.
