There is always a queue for the till. If they're are not going to have staff manning the tills then they should have more self service tills

On Sunday 26th the M&S employee collecting the trolleys allowed one to hit my car damaging the passenger door removing a chunk of paint to the metal Unaware i was in the car the employee made off with the trolleys I accompanied him inside where i spoke with Michael Gargaro who gave me the customer services team email Victoria Johnson from the executive team emailed stating she was unable to be of any assistance stating a company called FMG would be in touch in due course Three days later and nobody has contacted me stating how they are going to resolve this Appalling

Would be useful if staff had a vague idea of how to redeem the parking voucher for the car park next to the store and even if they cant accept it, could offer some advise on how to redeem it. Standard m and s if a little busy with tight isles.
