This business decides void your standard consumer rights as an individual by selling to you under a different on premises contract so they don't have to offer refunds. Even if you're within the normal statutory 14 days to return an item, that most other respectable retailers offer, this company has chosen to void your rights by displaying a sign in store selling to you under their own contract of sale terms. I hope this makes your policy clearer for prospective future buyers.

I love this shop. I never seem to be able to walk in without walking out with various items. Really well priced too. Lovely to have this shop on a high street which seems inundated with coffee shops!

Just had a terrible experience. I was browsing for a birthday present and as we walked out of the door the lady working downstairs asked my daughter to be careful the socks didnt fall off the rack (as shed brushed them with her hands). I thought she sounded a bit uptight so turned around to look and she had proceeded to bad mouth us to other customers. My daughter had been very well behaved, was clean and tidy - just being a 3 year old. There is no excuse for us to be treated in that manner.
