Route 66

We visited last week and got waffles, they were amazing! Great food and incredibly friendly staff. Props to the chef!

Went here with my partner who is a wheelchair user, we felt like an inconvenience to the staff when it came to paying the bill due to my partner could not see over the counter or even get to it. Secondly, food tasted alright. However, you can taste that it was cooked from frozen and the prices for the food is for freshly made food when it was mostly cooked from frozen We had to wait 20mins for staff to even realise we were wanting the bill as they seemed to be avoiding us at all times. I won't be returning.

Went here for lunch, the Georgia hotdog was delicious although it came out without the advertised cheese & bacon bits but we said to the waitress who was very apologetic. It went back to the kitchen and came back correct. Also the took our drinks off the bill as a good will gesture which was nice of them. Delicious food, friendly waitresses and nice atmosphere.

Frozen food for the price of fresh food. I ordered pancakes which were dry and crumbly which I believe came from a packet, like the hash brown and sausage. Bacon was nice and crispy. I had struggled to flag down any member of staff for maple syrup. I had also tried my partners food which tasted like frozen chicken dippers and frozen chips. The waffle was straight from a packet too. When it came to pay I was made to feel like an inconvenience. I use a wheelchair and cannot reach the counter so had to pay at the table, which I believe should be a reasonable accommodation and not to be made to feel bad for it. Spent the best part of half an hour waiting for the bill too. If you use a wheelchair do not expect to be able to sit at a table unless you can kick your feel off your footplate. I wont be returning.
