        Awful, loud music. Overpriced food. As expected!! Why do we even have these chain shops everywhere! The staff cant enjoy working here and its terrible for lunch, the choice is abominable.

        I go to this Pret most lunch times because I work near here. The staff are absolutely wonderful and very efficient. Especially Josephine A who always puts a smile on everyones face that comes in! She is very attentive and goes above and beyond with every customer. She makes my day when I see her in there, I also owe her a cookie!
