        I booked a 1pm appt online for an i phone screen replacement with a guaranteed 60 minute turnaround. I arrived at 12.45 as requested. Then told by the one and only repairman that he couldn't do it until 2pm. So, I had to re-arrange afternoon meetings and returned at 1.45pm to be told that he was going to lunch for an hour at 2pm so it wouldn't be ready until well past 3pm. I asked why he didn't tell me that an hour ago and he said his boss had only just told him. I left....

        Terrible service from the first 5 minutes - the Head Tech in the shop told me to go to a corner shop if I wasnt comfortable giving out my passcode - I told him that their own website says that if you do not want to disclose the passcode thats fine but you will need to be present for the checks - he just blankly said no passcode no fix. Good luck to you guys - youre absolutely right Im going elsewhere. Completely incompetent if you cant abide to your own company policy.
