Liars and robbers. I ordered a blood test. They said nurse was coming i asked to rearrange they said they would call me back. But they did not call me back and charged me visit fee for a cancelled visit. I didn't cancel i only asked if i can reschedule. Unprofessional. Time wasters. Liars. Poor communicators. Waste of time. Avoid if you want an honest professional service. They will not even care about your side of the story. They think they are right and everyone else is wrong. They need to teach all their staff and enroll on a course for customer service. They say the customer is always right. But this company says i was wrong wrong wrong and i cancelled the visit when i did not. Private healthcare companies should provide good service -that is why we choose them. This company is shocking. Do not waste your time and money with these people! Visit health is a joke!

Visit health came to do a blood test for my mother a fews days back, as the NHS waiting times were too long. The clinician (Nisar) was extremely polite, the procedure was painless, we're very grateful such a service exists!

I had a list of bloods that I needed to get checked that I cannot get from my GP currently, alongside an ECG that I had been putting off for 2 years and an ambulatory blood pressure monitor test that I wanted to get ahead of an NHS cardiology appt in November. I couldn't find on the website which package would be best for me, so I called VisitHealth, and spoke to a lovely administrator called Noelia at around 6pm. Noelia emailed me back a list of prices literally within 1 hour and suggested what would be the best package for me. I note the times here because you wouldn't expect a company to be open past 5pm! I completely agreed with her recommendation and went ahead with booking. Obviously we're in a cost of living crisis at the moment, so I did delay a bit in when I scheduled my appt for as I needed to grab my next paycheck, but VisitHealth were perfectly flexible with my schedule. Noelia sent me an easy to read email outlining the steps that needed to be taken throughout booking, so first I filled out a cardiology questionnaire for the team to assess my symptoms. About an hour after I filled in the questionnaire, I had a call from VisitHealth, saying that they were concerned and wanted to be extra sure I have some medical professional following up on me after I receive my results (and yes, I do). After this, I paid for all three services in one go, which was easy enough to do, and I filled in their new patient questionnaire too. I would also like to note here that all the services provided by VisitHealth were actually a lot cheaper than previous private healthcare providers I have been to in the past (and had to pay to travel to). On the date of my tests, I got a call an hour beforehand, letting me know that the nurses would be on their way. They arrived perfectly on time and came into my flat in London. We did the ECG (despite my kitten running around everywhere trying to mess around with the leads), then popped my 48-hour blood pressure cuff on. Unfortunately I don't have very good veins in my right arm, so I suggested that instead of taking blood on that date, maybe it would be best if my bloods were taken when the cuff came off my left arm 2 days later, in which the nurses agreed. The nurses then checked again that I had someone following up on my results (not that there was anything to be concerned about anyway) alongside the cardiology interpretation that VisitHealth were doing as well. One of these nurses that came around was called Lucille, and I'm so sorry I completely forgot the other nurse's name but she was also so lovely. 2 days later (on a sunday!), another nurse came round (apologies, completely forget her name too!!) to pick up the blood pressure monitor and take my bloods. I have to say as well that I usually feel faint and dizzy whenever I get my bloods done but I was very surprised when I didn't this time. Not sure if that was just my body being weird or the excellent nursing staff though haha! I got all of my results the next day, including my bloods. My bloods were taken around 6pm on a Sunday, and I got the results at around 8am Monday morning via email from another lovely administrator called Elvira. Apologies for the long review, just wanted to explain my experience with VisitHealth. TLDR; Excellent communication, lovely nursing staff, great care, excellent prices, and my utter shock that VisitHealth are open 7 days per week (which is amazing and unusual for any healthcare). I will definitely be using VisitHealth again in the future.
