Stay away from these brokers. Policy written on toilet paper. We had a serious issue with our lifting equipment. It was found to be situated in a dangerous position and breach of HSE guidlines and relvelant health and safety law. Missed on the paid inspections for 5 years consecutive, approx 10 visits made however. The broker made little to no effort to properly mediate between us and insurance. Exspense to rectify cost us in excess of 10,000. Despite independent expert evidence the broker offered no backing or support to our claim. Internally sending emails to delay speaking to us and still not having the courtesty to conact us. What a joke.
