        Absolutely no communication,very poor left waiting on the phone for hours, only when connected no help what so ever. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

        Well let me start with the positives, I'm still sane! We have endured an extremely anxious and worrying time, even on day one of our claim it was awful, no calls back, no communication, no advice, no professionalism total lack of empathy to our plight. My only advice, read the small print and avoid at all costs.
