        Tried to get an online quote for a large building project. The online form wanted loads of information BLP would only need if they had the business, eg names and addresses of various professionals involved - TO GET A QUOTE ?? Really !! Gave up on the online form and decided to call them, they showed two phone numbers, the reply to both was "This number doesn't accept incoming calls !! I don't know who's running this business but if they worked for me they'd be getting fired today!
