What a joke of a developer, been living in one of their brand new developments for 2 years, one problem after the other and they simply do not care. Customer service is effectively non existent. They had to change flooring in the hallway, fire proofing security amongst apartments, stops on the balcony doors, shower tray liking, shower tray not inclined correctly and the list goes on. Latest, I have been complaining for a month about a leak that is only getting worse, only to be told the problem has been fixed or about to be fixed (for the last 3 weeks!), and they say that the apartment is perfectly liveable.... with a complete wet master bedroom carpet, the smell of damp all over the apartment and a 24hr a day industrial dehumidifier!!! If you are thinking of buying a property from them... DO NOT!!!
