        Very disappointed with their service. They take time to process reimbursement , its been over 15 days now and i still havent received anything. Ive sent emails after emails, all they say is they will prioritise my file but nothing happens.

        I have been exceptionally happy with my experience of April International. From our initial contact with the company, the sales rep Adam, has continued to support our family, even helping to process claims and contact the relevant departments. They have paid promptly for all claims made, and my family has felt more secure during our time abroad knowing that we have emergency evacuation cover and second opinion services. I have been a more than satisfied customer for 3 years, and will continue to use them.
